Who we are

Klozers is a team of experienced sales consultants ( Simon Fielding-Turton, Brian Millhouse, James Henderson and Iain Swanston) who previously worked with a variety of companies such as Microsoft, Deloitte, Tesco, IBM, and Sandler. We now use the strategies and skills we have gained to help service and scale SME’s and Corporates.

What we do

We specialize in helping businesses accelerate sales growth and have a track record of delivering significant, sustained improvements in our customers professional sales capabilities.

By first considering all the sales enablers and sales obstacles our clients have we deliver breakthrough results via our consultants who are all successful practitioners in their own right. Through our broad expertise in making sales happen we help equip people and the business with everything required to deliver higher sustainable revenues. We have a broad portfolio of solutions predicated on our accurate diagnosis of the challenges faced by SME’s.

Who we work with

We typically work with three types of businesses as follows:
A business that is already growing and successful but needs to put in place the necessary sales structure, sales process and sales leadership to continue to scale.
A SME business that has grown organically, but then sales revenues have stalled as they struggle to break through the typical growth barriers of 20 employees and then again at 50 employees.
Larger corporations where the Sales Leadership team either need additional bandwidth and or require external help to facilitate Sales Improvement Programmes.

Brian Millhouse
(Director)

Brian is an experienced business leader, advisor and consultant, who has sold a variety of propositions to all levels of business. In addition, he is an accomplished change manager who has designed and embedded new sales practices into organisations, achieving breakthrough results.<br /> Brian has previously worked with Tesco Bank, Trinity Horne, Huntswood and Deloitte Consulting, is chairman of an IT solutions company, runs his own consulting business and is on the advisory panel of an Edinburgh based investment firm.<br />

Iain Swanston
(Director)

Iain Swanston is a 30 year sales veteran, an expert sales strategist, and an experienced sales coach. Ranked 4th globally on Twitter for Sales Performance in August, September, October & November 2014 by Leaderboarded, Iain is at the cutting edge of thought Leadership in the sales community. With a track record in implementing Sales Process, Sales Methodology, Best Practice in Business Development and Account Management Iain has worked across many industries selling a diverse range of products in different markets. Described by one Microsoft Business Manager as the 'Sat Nav for Sales Success' Iain is a proven Sales & Executive Coach who has delivered Value and positively impacted all the individuals and organisations he has worked for. In addition to coaching, Iain is an expert facilitator and popular Conference Speaker, leaving audiences inspired and motivated to take action.

James Henderson
(Director)

James Henderson recently left Microsoft after 15 years during which James was a Services Executive, Client Manager and ultimately Senior Partner Manager. Prior to Microsoft, James worked with the Royal Bank of Scotland and was responsible for setting up the IT platform which was based on MS technology. This followed an early career with Babcock Engineering helping them turn from privately owned to a publically owned organisation.<br /> In addition to Large Account Selling, James has an in depth knowledge of the IT industry and is our resident expert for all things technology.

Simon Fielding-Turton
(Director)

Simon is a proven business leader and professional with an outstanding record of developing and growing organisations. Successful in delivering a range of products and services to ensure that both company and client goals and/or targets are exceeded. In addition Simon is an experienced speaker and communicator with the ability to motivate and enthuse both internal and external teams. Demonstrably adept at developing long standing relationship with all levels of individual, principally CXX level. Experience and expertise has been built working with large Enterprises such as IBM, Microsoft and Accenture; and where Simon adds value is in the growth and development of companies with associated strategic and tactical planning.
