Key Account Management Training
This Key Account Management training programme is an advanced level programme for experienced Sales Professionals, Large Account Managers who need to be more effective at retaining and developing existing accounts and improving existing client relationships. This two day programme explores real world strategies and tactics that participants can take away and implement in their business immediately.

This course provides a structured framework for those looking to grow large accounts with the first day focussing on building lasting relationships, understanding and building trust. In addition Key Account planning is covered along with skills and strategies for selling across the organisation, into other business units. The second day of the course covers organisational Resources, and then explores the Customers Decision Making Unit and how to align value with your solutions.
