Endorsements is the nest section and this is really important.\u00a0\u00a0<strong>The LinkedIn search algorithm is more likely to recommend you for a skill if you have been endorsed for that skill, which makes sense.\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0Therefore, you should ensure that the skills you would like to be known for are at the top to encourage people to endorse you for these skills.\u00a0<br \/><br \/>As you can see from my profile I have 99+ endorsements for a few skills but not for the core skills \u201csales\u201d, \u201csales coaching\u201d and \u201csales trainings\u201d.\u00a0 My fault as I was not aware of the importance of this until recently.<br \/>What\u2019s also strange is that LinkedIn has not listing for \u201cSales Training\u201d only \u201cSales Trainings\u201d. and use our email list to drive registrations.\u00a0 With what we would describe as limited effort we typically have between 50 and 100 attendees.<\/p>\n<p>The downside of any free online event is there is a huge drop out rate on the day.\u00a0 This is partly due to the fact that the LinkedIn Events function does not add a Calendar Appointment to the users diary when they click yes to attend.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s obviously not possible to send a regular diary invite as the users would then have access to the contact details of all the other attendees.<\/p>\n<p>We have managed
