What happens after I join a Sales Coaching Course?

  1. After you have completed your payment you will be directed to a Thank You page.
  2. The Thank You page contains a short Questionnaire so you can tell us more about yourself.
  3. UK Clients will receive a full VAT Invoice for your records.
  4. You will be allocated a Coach who will contact you to arrange your personal On-boarding Session.
  5. You will be allocated a place in the Online Coaching Portal.

All our Sales Coaching programmes have a recommended duration however we do not tie clients into contracts.

It’s simply not possible to coach someone who doesn’t want to be coached so we don’t use contracts to tie clients in. What industries does the coaching cover?

Our sales training and coaching is specific to Business to Business selling, not to any specific vertical. We do however have lots of experience in IT, Pharma, Technology, SaaS, Professional Services, Digital Media, Construction, Engineering, Oil & Gas, Banking, Software and Financial Services.

Why are your courses not accredited with the ISM?

ISM accreditation and learning objectives are based on compliance with the National Occupancy Standards for Sales.  Our sales methodology is based on the Consultative Selling Process which is different to the ISM/National Occupancy Standards. 

Can I cancel my coaching plan?

It’s never happened but Yes you can cancel at any time. We have no desire to “lock in” clients and are happy to be judged on our results. You can cancel your coaching plan at any time and you will still have access to your coach and all the content up until the date of when the next monthly payment would have been due.
