What happens after I join Fast Track?
- After you have completed your payment you will be directed to a Thank You page.
- The "Thank You" page contains a short Questionnaire so you can tell us more about yourself.
- All clients receive a full Tax/VAT invoice for your records.
- You will be allocated a Coach who will contact you to arrange your personal On-boarding Session.
- You will be allocated a place in the Online Coaching Portal.
*All our Sales Coaching programmes have a recommended duration, however, we do NOT tie clients into contracts.
It’s simply not possible to coach someone who doesn’t want to be coached, so we don’t use contracts to tie clients in. After joining you can cancel/leave at any time and you will only be charged for the coaching you have had, up to that point in time.

Our Fast TRACK coaching programme is delivered LIVE online via our Learning Portal.
This is a sales focussed Exec coaching programme for Senior Executives who are coachable and driven to make the necessary changes to achieve sales success.
The programme is completely bespoke as no two indviduals, businesses or industries are the same. The process we use is
Step 1. Sales Evaluation
Benchmark where you and your organisation are in relation to best practice and identify the challenges to be addressed.
Step 2. Create a Sales Improvement Team
Assess and select Team members capable of driving the change required to implement improvements.
Step 3. Develop a new Sales Vision, Sales Goals and Sales Strategy
This is our roadmap to success complete with targets, milestones and details on how we measure success.
Step 4. Sales Action Planning
Using a three stage iterative process we work with you to identify what's working, what's not and what's missing.
Step 5. Sharing the Vision
Communicate to the wider team the new Sales Vision and the benefits to them.
Step 6. Empower the Sales Team
Remove or realign any and all obstacles of the Sales Change such as technology and people. Provide Training and then on going Coaching to support sales people.
Step 7. Generate Short Term wins
Success breeds success. Generating and communicating early wins that we can relay to the sales floor is essential in developing and maintaining momentum.
Step 8. Consolidate and Grow more
Keep driving the change, embedding the new sales behaviours and holding people accountable to the new systems and processes.
