Jualan ialah pilihan kerjaya yang hebat untuk sesiapa sahaja, namun, seperti setiap peranan lain, adalah penting untuk mempunyai pemahaman yang kukuh tentang asas-asas untuk berjaya. Keupayaan untuk melaksanakan kemahiran asas jualan secara konsisten adalah lebih penting daripada mana-mana “masterclass” dalam penjualan.

Kursus ini telah disemak untuk memasukkan kemahiran dan strategi yang diperlukan untuk Jualan Jauh.
Kursus ini direka untuk orang yang baru berjinak-jinak dengan dunia jualan yang perlu menceburkan diri dan mula menjual.
Selain meliputi dunia jualan moden, kursus ini memfokuskan kepada dua bidang jualan yang “bernilai tinggi” iaitu, Mencari prospek baharu dan Menutup prospek baharu.
Kami menyukai teknologi, namun, kami masih percaya bahawa dalam jualan Perniagaan ke Perniagaan, orang ramai membeli daripada orang. Keupayaan untuk secara konsisten Cari prospek baru dan kemudian Tutup prospek tersebut, adalah salah satu kemahiran yang paling berharga dalam perniagaan.
Kursus ini sesuai untuk sesiapa sahaja yang baru dalam bidang jualan dan memerlukan pemahaman yang menyeluruh tentang cara jualan B2B berfungsi. Hadirin terdahulu telah menyertakan:

Kursus latihan Asas Jualan menyediakan peserta dengan perkara berikut:
- Pemahaman menyeluruh tentang cara jualan B2B berfungsi
- Kemahiran yang diperlukan untuk berjaya menjual dari jauh
- Strategi dan taktik untuk Jualan Sosial
- Cara membentangkan penyelesaian dan menutup pesanan
- Mengendalikan sebarang gerai dan bantahan yang mungkin ada pada pelanggan dan tutup semula
- Akhir sekali, tetapi boleh dikatakan yang paling penting, kami memberi orang baru kepada jualan keyakinan yang mereka perlukan untuk bermula
- Sesi 1 – Formula Jualan. Temui perkara yang mendorong jualan dan cara anda boleh menggunakan Formula Jualan pada mana-mana perniagaan, produk/perkhidmatan dan profesional jualan.
- Sesi 2 – Jualan Moden. Ketahui tentang perjalanan pembeli dan cara anda boleh mempengaruhi pembeli melalui proses jualan.
- Sesi 3 – Membina Hubungan. Dalam B2B orang membeli daripada orang jadi kemahiran komunikasi dan membina kepercayaan adalah penting.
- Sesi 4 – Mengisi Saluran Paip Jualan anda. Taktik pencarian jualan yang praktikal tetapi berkuasa menggunakan Telefon, E-mel & LinkedIn.
- Sesi 5 – Teknik Menyoal dan Mengendalikan Gerai & Bantahan Temui seni penyoalan untuk membantu pembeli meyakinkan diri mereka tentang sebab untuk membeli, dan cara untuk mengubah gerai dan bantahan mereka.
- Sesi 6 – Persembahan & Penutup untuk Jualan. Ketahui cara untuk mengambil jawapan daripada soalan anda dan mengubahnya menjadi pembentangan hebat yang mendorong pembeli untuk membeli.
Orang ramai belajar dengan tidak duduk di bilik kelas membincangkan teori jualan. Tambahan pula, tanpa peluang untuk mempraktikkan kemahiran baharu, jurujual akan kehilangan kemahiran tersebut dalam masa 30 hari. Kami menggunakan metodologi latihan yang dipanggil “pembelajaran berasaskan kerja” yang membantu jurujual belajar semasa mereka bekerja. Kami melakukan ini dengan membuat kempen jualan dan bekerjasama dengan pasukan anda untuk melaksanakannya. Kami biasanya mencapai:
- Penggunaan kemahiran baharu sehingga 90% lebih tinggi
- Sistem yang terbukti untuk diikuti oleh semua orang dalam syarikat
- Integrasi yang lebih mendalam antara jualan dan pemasaran
- Peningkatan produktiviti jualan keseluruhan
- Memotivasikan strategi penetapan matlamat dengan pelan tindakan peribadi untuk semua orang
Semua latihan kami disampaikan melalui model “pembelajaran berasaskan kerja”. Ini bermakna kami bekerjasama dengan pasukan lebih awal untuk menyediakan kempen jualan langsung agar peserta diberi peluang untuk menggunakan kemahiran baharu yang mereka pelajari.
Model ini memastikan bahawa peserta mengekalkan sebanyak mungkin maklumat. Kami menjalankan ini selari dengan bimbingan saluran paip langsung kami yang membantu peserta menukar tawaran sedia ada yang telah mereka usahakan.
Kursus ini boleh disampaikan:
- Di tapak sebagai bootcamp dua hari (bergantung pada sekatan Covid). Minimum 5 orang dan caj perjalanan tambahan mungkin dikenakan.
- Dari jauh melalui bengkel 4 x setengah hari. Tarikh dan masa disahkan pada tempahan.
- Dari jauh melalui sesi latihan maya 6 x 90 minit disampaikan secara langsung, pada tiga minggu kalendar pertama setiap bulan. Selepas membuat tempahan, anda secara automatik ditambahkan ke kursus seterusnya yang bermula pada hari Isnin pertama setiap bulan kalendar.
Sepanjang tempoh latihan setiap peserta mempunyai akses kepada jurulatih khusus melalui telefon, e-mel dan sembang langsung.
Selain itu, kami tidak membenarkan lebih daripada 3 peserta dari mana-mana satu syarikat jadi masa sesi tidak pernah dikuasai oleh mana-mana satu organisasi.
Sekiranya anda memerlukan lebih daripada 3 tempat, kami berbesar hati untuk menjadualkan kelas dalam talian yang berasingan tanpa caj tambahan.
Wakil Jualan menjadikan kursus kami bertenaga dengan idea, strategi dan taktik baharu tetapi selalunya soalan tambahan boleh timbul apabila mereka memerlukan papan yang kukuh. Kami menyediakan sokongan pasca kursus melalui Platform Bimbingan Jualan kami yang dibina di dalam MS Teams di mana ahli boleh bertanya soalan, melalui sembang, mel dan panggilan persidangan.
Platform ini menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Teams dan boleh diakses melalui PC, Tablet atau Telefon, dan mengandungi Panduan, Templat dan Alat PERCUMA.
Bimbingan 1-2-1 yang berterusan juga disediakan dengan kos tambahan.
Apakah tahap pengalaman jualan yang meliputi program latihan jualan?
Pelanggan kami mempunyai pelbagai latar belakang tetapi kursus ini paling relevan untuk mereka yang baru dalam bidang jualan, atau mereka yang ingin menyegarkan kemahiran asas jualan. Apa yang mereka semua mempunyai persamaan ialah keinginan untuk belajar dan menjual lebih banyak lagi.
Adakah latihan berfungsi dengan sistem dan metodologi jualan lain?
ya. Jika anda telah melatih jurujual anda, latihan dan bimbingan kami berfungsi bersama mana-mana sistem jualan utama, seperti Miller Heiman, Richardson, SPIN atau Solution Selling. Selain itu, kami boleh membantu anda menyepadukan latihan kami ke dalam buku permainan jualan anda atau membantu anda membina buku permainan jualan anda sendiri.
Adakah latihan itu meliputi topik jualan yang penting kepada saya?
Ya – semua latihan dan bimbingan kami termasuk analisis keperluan awal di mana anda boleh menentukan bidang tertentu yang penting kepada anda dengan syarat ia berkaitan dengan jualan dan pemasaran .

Latihan dan bimbingan jualan kami adalah khusus untuk jualan Perniagaan kepada Perniagaan, bukan kepada mana-mana menegak tertentu. Jika anda telah memesan Coaching tambahan, kami tidak mempunyai keinginan untuk “mengunci” pelanggan yang dalam apa-apa cara tidak berpuas hati, jadi Ya. Anda boleh membatalkan pelan bimbingan anda pada bila-bila masa dan anda masih mempunyai akses kepada jurulatih anda dan semua kandungan sehingga tarikh pembayaran bulanan seterusnya perlu dibayar.
Selain itu, kebanyakan pelanggan kami memerlukan program latihan yang dipesan lebih dahulu yang dibina berdasarkan keperluan khusus organisasi dan kakitangan mereka.
Semua kursus kami terdiri daripada modul yang berbeza dan anda boleh membina kursus anda sendiri daripada modul ini untuk memenuhi keperluan tepat anda.
Di samping itu, kami boleh membantu anda mencipta dan menjalankan program jualan anda sendiri, akademi jualan dalaman, program pembangunan rakan kongsi, portal pemboleh jualan dan permulaan jualan.
