B2B sales training

Next quarter someone will ask you whether the sales training worked.

We certify your reps 90 days later, on evidence from their own pipeline, not on attendance.

Why teams choose Klozers

Five things you will not get from generic sales training.

01

Bespoke content, researched and built for your business

Every programme starts with research rather than a template. We survey your team and interview your leaders and your top performers to identify what your best people already do that works, then codify it into a standard the whole team can run. On top of that we layer our own frameworks and experience, built around your real deals, your deal sizes, your industry and your buyers. You get your own best practice made repeatable, strengthened by expertise you do not have in-house.
02

Delivered in your team's own language

Programmes are delivered in your choice of language, so an international team is not asked to learn to sell in their second one. We work across the UK, Europe, the United States and Australia, and one recent programme ran across 96 salespeople in seven languages.
03

No slides. Every concept applied to a live deal

There is no PowerPoint. Each concept is taught, then applied straight away to one of the rep’s own open accounts, then captured into their own 90-day action plan. Modules are capped so people absorb and apply rather than sit through a lecture, and between sessions the practice happens on real accounts.
04

Certification earned on evidence, not attendance

Requirements are evidenced on live accounts as the work happens, then assessed across the following 90 days. Nobody is certified for turning up. See how certification is earned.

05

A manager embed plan, so it survives the day

Your managers leave with a plan for reinforcing the programme, not a hope that it sticks. That matters because reinforcement is the variable: Murre and Dros, publishing their replication of the Ebbinghaus forgetting curve in PLOS ONE in 2015, confirmed that most of what is learned is lost inside the first day unless it is revisited.

How you will know

Feedback forms are not evidence.

Most sales certificates are issued on the last day of the programme. They record that a person attended. They tell you nothing about how that person will run a deal in March.

Klozers certification is issued 90 days later, on evidence of what a salesperson did in their own accounts.

Nobody finishes the programme with nothing. Candidate is awarded on Day 2 for completing the work. Certified is earned at Day 90, on evidence.

Proof in the pipeline

Three teams, three different starting points.

Every figure below comes from one named engagement and is measured over the 90 days after delivery.

At scale

We surveyed 40 sales leaders across 15 countries for the B2B Sales Landscape Report. Of those 40, 77.5% called forecasting critical to their business and 20% said they trust their own forecast. Every percentage in the report is a proportion of those forty, and the findings are published in full.

Each figure comes from one named engagement rather than an average across clients.
Enablement led

Technology and SaaS company

96 salespeople, 7 languages

Deployed during the annual sales kickoff. During the debrief, leadership found that 40% of pipeline consisted of deals that should have been exited months earlier.

Sales leadership led

Distribution company

23 channel managers

Introduced to move a tenured team out of reactive selling and dated technique, by having them work their own live accounts rather than generic exercises.

Enablement led

Bespoke Sales Training

96 salespeople, 7 languages

Exposed deals being discounted early yet still stalling late in the cycle. Reps were struggling to reach the Economic Owner and were leading with product rather than value.

This is not for every sales team.

It works where teams want behaviour to change, not a box ticked. If that is not what you are buying, we will say so on the first call.
Designed for
Not designed for

The programme works because it is built around your reality and applied as it is taught.

Certified on evidence, not on attendance

Start with a 30-minute conversation.

Tell us about your team and what last year’s training missed. We will show you how a bespoke programme would work around your actual deals, and tell you honestly if we are not the right fit.
