Insurance and data protection
Insurance
Klozers holds professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of £250,000, as set out in clause 8.5 of our Terms and Conditions of Business. A certificate is available on request.
Data protection
Klozers is registered with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office and acts as data controller for the personal information described in our Privacy Policy.
Where Klozers processes participant data on your behalf in the course of an engagement, that data is used solely to deliver the Services, retained only for as long as necessary, and protected by appropriate technical and organisational measures. This is set out in clause 6 of our Terms and Conditions of Business.
Where your procurement process requires a formal Data Processing Agreement, we will provide one on request under clause 6.3.
